The price of your home includes:
- House built according to the attached construction specifications
- 12’ x 12’ treated wood deck
- 12,000 BTU wall-mounted heat pump *air conditioning and heating
- Gutters and downspouts
- Architectural asphalt shingles, 30-year warranty (limited lifetime warranty)
- Interior cleaning upon completion of work
- Plan modifications
- New home warranties up to 5 years, subject to GCR criteria
- Home built in accordance with the 2015 National Building Code (CNB)
The price of your lot includes:
- Land
- Street Infrastructure Work (Permanent Work)
- Staking
- Cadastral survey
- Notary fees for the deed of sale

Additions made during construction by Les Entreprises Lachance:
- Tree Removal
- Landscaping (Single-family home: maximum 8,000 sq. ft. of lawn / Townhouse or row house: maximum 4,000 sq. ft. of lawn)
- One tree on the front lot, selected by Les Entreprises Lachance (the city may require more than one tree depending on municipal regulations)
- Double driveway entrance with crushed slate
- Certificate of Site Plan and Certificate of Location
- Notary fees for the loan deed*
- Hydro connection fees and electricity charges after connection
- Building permit
- Rock excavation or backfilling costs under the foundation
- Access road or exit from the property
